What is the QIRP online test?
The QIRP is a psychometric aptitude test. The QIRP provides a measure of an individual’s overall cognitive abilities, based on their ability to quickly solve mathematical, lexical or spatial problems. The totality of the responses contributes to the evaluation of the general intelligence factor, also called “g-factor”. This automated tool provides a quick overview of the candidate’s learning capacity.
